Critical Control points
The boiling temperature should be no more than 110℃ (for gelatin) or no more than 120℃ (for pectin) to prevent caramelization.
After cooling to 45℃, add creatine HCL and heat-sensitive components.
Dry at a constant temperature of 25℃ for 24 hours with a humidity of 40% to maintain the elasticity of the gummy candies.
