What is Pure Egg White Protein Powder?
Pure Egg White Protein Powder, a high-quality industrial-grade albumen ingredient, is made from egg whites using the latest pasteurisation and spray-drying technology, for use in large-scale commercial food processing and nutritional production. It has been designed as a high-protein raw material with a complete protein profile, offering a powerful source of essential amino acids with excellent bioavailability that is completely dairy- and soy-free, for use by industrial manufacturers. Its remarkable functional properties, including gelation, structural binding, emulsification, and whipping, make this versatile ingredient a natural choice for use in the supply chain of enterprises in the global food, beverage, and sports nutrition industry. It is a refined powder that is highly soluble and has a consistent neutral flavour profile, which allows it to be easily added to automated production lines in bakery and confectionery products, processed meats, and special diet formulations. It has a low moisture content and high shelf life, which is ideal for managing inventories in bulk storage and international shipping. Packaged in enterprise-scale packages such as multi-wall industrial paper bags and heavy-duty bulk packing containers, our egg white protein raw material is rigorously tested for microbiology and conforms to international Food Safety certifications, ensuring consistency and compliance as well as commercial egg supply to the rest of the world.

Main Ingredients
The main functional and nutritional proteins in Egg White Protein Powder are the high-purity avian albumen proteins, with ovalbumin being the major macro-ingredient, making up more than half of the protein content. This is complemented by a rich diversity of secondary bioactive proteins such as conalbumin, ovomucin, lysozyme, and globulins that provide a full range of essential amino acids for large-scale nutritional formulation. Ovalbumin is the key active ingredient in the egg, offering outstanding surface-active and structural properties, which determine the egg's industrial performance, including the ability to form stable foams, bind moisture, and gel under heat. This naturally occurring biochemical functionality enables food technologists and supplement engineers to engineer textural properties for manufacturing, improve emulsification networks, and provide a clean-label protein-enrichment solution that doesn't rely on artificial protein binders and allergens. Each commercial batch is carefully processed to ensure that the protein purity is consistent and the dried protein is consistently dry enough, which allows procurement partners to obtain a stable supply of a high-purity stream of albumin proteins that can be easily scaled up in a variety of industrial processing applications.
Manufacturing Pathway
1. Raw Material Receiving and Shell Egg Breaking
The production process starts with large quantities of freshly laid graded shells. The liquid egg whites (albumen) are separated from yolks and shells in a commercial production line without any cross-contamination due to the high speed, automated breaking machinery.
2. Filtration and Clarification
The raw liquid albumen passes through a number of industrial stainless-steel filters and centrifugal separators. This mechanical stage gets rid of any remaining chalazae, micro shell pieces, or particulate debris to provide a uniform, high-clarity liquid base.
3. Desugaring (Enzymatic Treatment)
In order to avoid any Maillard browning during the subsequent thermal processing, natural glucose is eliminated from the liquid albumen. In commercial facilities, additional enzymes, such as glucose oxidase, are added to the fermentations, or controlled yeast fermentation is used to efficiently remove and degrade residual sugars.
4. Pasteurization
The liquid is carefully commercial pasteurized for food safety and regulatory purposes after the sugar has been removed. Under strictly monitored temperature and holding time parameters, the liquid is made microbiologically safe without loss of functional properties of proteins, using a continuous-flow plate heat exchanger.
5. Spray Drying
The pasteurized liquid egg white is fed into the large spray drying towers. High-pressure atomizers spray the liquid into a fine mist inside a heated air chamber, where the moisture in the liquid quickly evaporates, leaving a stable, fine, and free-flowing powder.
6. Cooling, Sifting, and Bulk Packaging
After being dried, the resulting powder is fed through a pneumatic cooling system and vibrating industrial sifters to remove any agglomerates. Finally, the packaged Egg Protein Powder is automatically dispensed into enterprise-grade packaging configurations (like multi-wall bags or industrial totes) for worldwide distribution.

Safety
The baseline safety profile of Egg-based Protein Powder is high thanks to its long and proven history of safe industrial food use, commercial food processing protocols, and natural allergen transparency. The manufacturing process uses complex pasteurisation parameters, automated sanitary measures, and a food-grade ingredient from healthy bird albumen to destroy any potential microbiological risks without damaging the integrity of native protein. Its safety compliance is certified by standard analytical testing, heavy metal screening and microbial assays, and every batch is processed according to internationally recognised food safety systems like HACCP and GMP. In addition, it is naturally free of dairy, soy and gluten allergens, reducing the chances of cross-reactivity in its industrial uses, unless there is adequate allergen labeling on end-use consumer products. Industrial users enjoy a raw material that is stable and non-hazardous, and that can be safely handled in regular warehouse storage without the need to take precautions for synthetic chemical additives or pharmaceutical compounds, supporting safe handling in global supply chains.
